How do I manage volunteers?
You can manage volunteers by creating unique access codes that limit what they can see and do on the scanning app. Our Scanning App also makes it easy for volunteers to scan tickets using their own devices.
Can I hire devices from you?
We don’t offer device hire for the Scanning App, as it’s designed to work seamlessly on your own smartphone or tablet. Most organisers and volunteers simply use their personal devices on event day. Check our list of compatible devices to make sure yours is supported.
What happens if someone arrives without their ticket?
No problem. You can manually check them in by searching their name in the app. It’s quick and helps avoid delays at the gate.
